This includes, but is not limited to, moogia.com, juuzt.ai, and juuzt.ai, the Juuzt browser extension, and any additional internet sites and software solutions that may be added to the Company's portfolio in the future.
  • Juuzt is the legal entity that owns and operates ‘The Service’/‘Services’, including all its successors, assignees, subsidiaries, and affiliated companies. The terms "we", "our", and "us" in this document refer to Juuzt.
  • Juuzt will specifically refer to juuzt.ai and the Juuzt browser extension.
  • Moogia will specifically refer to moogia.com and Moogia Academy.

These terms of trade constitute a binding agreement between you and Juuzt regarding the use of The Service. The Service is provided by Juuzt, and by using The Service, you accept these terms. It is therefore important that you read and understand them thoroughly.

Within the scope of our Service, there may be content that is not created by Juuzt. The responsibility for such content rests solely with the party that has made it available. We reserve the right to monitor content to assess whether it is illegal or violates our guidelines. We also have the right to remove or refuse to display content that we reasonably determine violates our guidelines or applicable law.

Use of Our Services

Juuzt makes its Services available on the condition that they are not used for illegal or, in Juuzt’s assessment, unethical purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, prohibition against using our Services for scams, hacking, discrimination of any kind, production or distribution of hateful texts, and any other activity that may be considered harmful, threatening, illegal, or offensive to individuals' rights and dignity.

Juuzt reserves the right, without prior notice, to close or suspend user accounts that violate these principles. Such violations will result in immediate action from Juuzt’s side, and the offending user will not be entitled to any form of compensation or refund for any unused services or periods.

Our goal is to ensure a safe and positive environment for all our users, and we encourage responsible and respectful use of our Services. Violations of these guidelines undermine the communities and values we strive to build and maintain, and will be met with appropriate measures.

Description of the Juuzt Service

Juuzt offers through its Juuzt browser extension for Chromium-based browsers, including but not limited to Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge, access to a comprehensive selection of resources. This selection includes AI prompts, management of AI prompts with the option to share these publicly or within self-created teams, a GPT search tool, an advanced AI chat assistant, and much more. It is understood that the service may also include various forms of communication from Juuzt, such as service announcements and administrative messages regarding the service. New features or tools launched as part of the service will, unless otherwise stated, be covered by this agreement. The service requires internet access and installation of the Juuzt browser extension in a Chromium-based browser.

To fully exploit the potential of the Juuzt browser extension, including the use of the GPT search function, it is required that you ensure access to and subscription to the relevant third-party services such as ChatGPT, Google Bard, and similar. Juuzt acts as a facilitator for these, enabling an integrated user experience, but it is your responsibility to obtain and maintain access to these services, as well as to bear any costs associated with their use.

User's Responsibility for Third-Party Services

  • Own Access: You must arrange for access to third-party services that the Juuzt browser extension integrates with. This may involve creating accounts and subscribing directly with the service providers.
  • Minimum Subscription: Some features in Juuzt are conditional on you having a specific minimum subscription with the third-party services used. It is your responsibility to ensure that your subscription level meets these requirements in order to use the respective features.
  • Compensation for Violation: In case of violation of Juuzt's or the third-party services' terms of use, Juuzt reserves the right to immediately close your account without prior warning. In such cases, you will not be compensated for any unused subscription periods or services.

Description of the Moogia Service

Through Moogia, Juuzt provides access to a wide range of online educational resources, which include, but are not limited to, courses in SEO, AI, neuromarketing, and much more. As with Juuzt, the service may include various forms of communication from Juuzt. New features or tools added to the service will also be subject to this agreement. Moogia is an online product that requires internet access.

General Conditions for Using Juuzt's Services

For all Juuzt's services, you are responsible for ensuring the necessary internet or network connection to access the service. This includes any expenses to third parties, such as internet and data providers. You are also responsible for acquiring and maintaining all necessary equipment to access the service. The experience and quality of the service may depend on your connection and equipment. Juuzt is not responsible for any claims or losses that may arise as a result of your connection or equipment.

Account Access

When you create an account with Juuzt to use one or more of our services, including Juuzt and/or Moogia, it is necessary that you provide a valid email address and other relevant information required to complete the registration process. It is important to emphasize that your login information is personal and should only be used by you. Sharing login information with multiple users is not allowed.

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend your access to the service if there is suspicion of unauthorized sharing of your login details, or if suspicious activity is observed on your account that suggests a violation of our rules.

As an account holder, you are responsible for ensuring the security of your account and the confidentiality of your password. Juuzt assumes no responsibility for any loss or damage that may arise as a result of your failure to protect your login and account.

Your Obligations in Connection with Registration

As a registered user of Juuzt's services, you confirm that you have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement. You commit to the following:

  • To provide true and accurate information: You must provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as requested on the service's registration form ("Registration Data").
  • To update your information: You commit to maintaining and promptly updating the Registration Data to ensure it remains truthful, accurate, current, and complete.

If you provide information that is false, inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete, or if Juuzt has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is false, inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete, Juuzt reserves the right to suspend or close your account and refuse any current or future use of the service (or any part thereof).

No Resale or Redistribution of Services

You are hereby granted the right to use Juuzt's Services for private use or internally within your company for the purpose of developing skills, optimizing work processes and tasks using artificial intelligence. This right is exclusively for your own or your company's internal use.

Unless expressly permitted by Juuzt, you are obligated not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, rent, modify, create derivative works of, grant access to, or otherwise exploit any part of our Services, the use of Services, or access to Services, including the underlying computer code, for commercial purposes.

You bear full responsibility for any activity that occurs through your account, and it is your responsibility to ensure the confidentiality of your online account information.

Unauthorized Users and Access

Account Registration: All account registrations must be made by physical persons. The use of "bots" or other automated methods to register accounts is strictly prohibited.

Unauthorized Access: Modifying, adapting, or hacking Juuzt's Services in any way is not permitted. It is also forbidden to modify other websites to appear as if they are associated with Juuzt's Services. Reverse engineering of object code or reuse of source code made available as part of Juuzt's Services, including JavaScript, is not allowed. Juuzt holds the copyright on all such code.

Harmful Software: The transmission of worms, viruses, or any form of destructive or harmful code is strictly prohibited.

Code Modification: You may not modify any code made available in connection with Juuzt's Services, or use modified versions of such code, especially not for purposes that involve unauthorized access to our Services.

Access Methods: Access to Juuzt's Services must be made through the user interface provided by Juuzt. The use of unnatural means or illegal attempts to access Juuzt's Services, servers, or databases, including but not limited to the use of automated tools like scrapers or bots, is prohibited.

API Use: Automated tools may only be used to access Juuzt's Services through the APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) we make available.

Bypassing Security Measures: Attempts to bypass any functionality or access features on Juuzt's Services directly using customized HTTP requests (or other requests) or otherwise than what a reasonable person would consider normal, permitted use, is not allowed.

Exploiting Flaws: You should not attempt to exploit any feature that a reasonable person would perceive as an obvious omission or error in Juuzt's Services.

We reserve the right to close, suspend, or block your access to Juuzt's Services if we determine that your use or access violates these conditions.

Blocking of IP Addresses

To maintain and protect the integrity of our Services, Juuzt reserves the right, at any time and in its sole discretion, to block access for registered users and subscribers from specific IP addresses. This measure can be implemented to prevent misuse, ensure the stability and integrity of the service, and to protect the experience of other users.

Registration and Subscription

Registration: You have the option to register as a user of our Services at no cost. As a registered user, you gain access to certain features and tools offered within each Service. However, it is important to note that access as a free user may be limited to some of the available features and tools.

Subscription: To access additional features, including the use of many of our advanced Features, you are required to subscribe to the desired Service. The subscription unlocks extended use of our Services, where you, depending on your chosen subscription level, will have access to a larger number of features and/or different levels of usage rights and restrictions.

Choice of Subscription Solution: We offer different subscription solutions, and the subscription you choose will determine the extent of the features you have access to, as well as any limitations that may apply to your use of the Service. It is therefore important that you carefully consider which subscription level best meets your needs and requirements for using our Services.

Contractual Period, Right of Withdrawal, and Notice of Cancellation

Contractual Period: When you subscribe to one of Juuzt's individual services, including Juuzt and Moogia, the subscription is binding for the period you choose (either one month or one year). The subscription is automatically renewed for a corresponding period unless otherwise agreed individually. For individual agreements, a standard renewal period of one year applies.

Right of Withdrawal for Private Individuals: As a private individual subscribing to one of Juuzt's services, you accept by your consent to the subscription terms to enter into a binding agreement. This entails full access to customize the service according to your needs. In accordance with §18, paragraph 13 of the Danish Consumer Agreements Act and the corresponding EU directive, by accepting these terms, you confirm and agree that you waive your right of withdrawal based on the specified specifications. Therefore, you will not have the opportunity to exercise the right of withdrawal for your subscription.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription within the subscription's contractual period, but this must be done no later than 12 hours before the billing of a new subscription period begins. Cancellation can be done directly through the settings in the respective service or by contacting Juuzt at hello@juuzt.com.

Charges to Your Card

Updating Card Details: If you receive a new payment card, it is important that you update your card details to continue using our services without interruption. You can update your card details directly in the subscription settings within each of our services. Alternatively, you are welcome to contact Juuzt at hello@juuzt.com for assistance.

Revocation of Permission: You have the right at any time to revoke your permission for us to make charges to your card. This can be done through the same settings where you update your card details, or by directly contacting us.

Dispute Unauthorized Charges: Should you discover unauthorized charges on your card that you have not approved, you have the right to dispute these with your card provider, typically your bank. This should be done as soon as possible and no later than six weeks after the payment in question was made, unless otherwise agreed. It is important to act quickly to ensure that you can have wrongful charges reversed.

Automatic Invoice

Automatic Billing: For each payment associated with your subscription, you will automatically receive an invoice sent to the email linked to your user account. This ensures that you always have easy access to your payment information and can keep track of your subscription usage. No further action is required on your part to receive these invoices.

Refund Policy

Juuzt offers no refunds of amounts paid for subscriptions, unless there is a statutory requirement for it. Once an amount is paid for a subscription, regardless of currency, it is considered final and non-refundable.

Monthly Subscriptions: For subscriptions with monthly payment, you have the option to request a refund after payment has been completed, provided that you have not at any time activated or used the service the payment pertains to. However, it is important to emphasize that Juuzt reserves the right to reject any request for a refund if significant activity on your account is observed.

It is Juuzt's policy to ensure fairness and transparency in relation to subscription payments, but also to protect the company's interests and prevent misuse of refund requests.

Cancellation Policy

Juuzt reserves the right to terminate your access to the Service under the following circumstances:

  • Violation of Terms: If you violate any of the established terms of use for our Services.
  • Unusual Usage Patterns: If unusual usage patterns are detected that suggest abuse or unintended use of the Service.
  • Damage to Reputation or Services: If you engage in actions intended to harm or disparage Juuzt's reputation, work, or Services.
  • Legal Requests: In response to requests from judicial authorities or other public entities requiring us to take action against your account or activity.

In the event of termination under these circumstances, Juuzt will, to the best of its ability, inform you of the reason for the termination, unless legal restrictions prevent such communication.

Changes to Services

At Juuzt, we are dedicated to continually developing and improving our Services to meet our users' needs and expectations. This means that from time to time, we may make changes by adding new functionalities or features, removing existing elements, suspending parts of the Service, or in certain cases, discontinuing the Service entirely.

As a user, you are free to cease using our Services at any given time, although we would naturally be sorry to say goodbye. Similarly, Juuzt reserves the right to cease providing Services to you or introduce new restrictions on the use of Services without prior notice.
